How to useThis handy device was developed especially for the plastic industry and
for tool-heaters. It is optimized for the highest control quality,
simple to handle and is including functions for extensive
self-surveillance. The tools are applicable independently of the
tool-producent.
ConstructionElectronic-control and semi-conductor-switch-elements does fit in a handy and robust metal-case.
On the backside a security fuse is placed. That makes it easy to change the fuse in case an error did happen.
Funktion
ControlMicroprocessor controller with self-tuning for an optimised adation to the controlled system.
It analyses the characteristic of every zone and adapts the control parameters to this.
Temperature display
Set-value and current-value will be shown simultanously in normal operation.
By pressing a button it is possible to change the shown topics to show
other parameters (power control, limit-values, state of the different
exits, ...) .
LED-Display shows the parameters actual state.

Set input value of temperature
The set-value can be changed at every time using the Up-/Down-Button.
Alarm exits
Two independent alarm functions are programmable, which are serving floating controllers.
Factory configurations are set for high and low-temperature alarm.
Automatic detection of destructed sensorsDestructed sensors will be anounced by a corresponding sign on the display.
At the same time the controller will use the last control input for setting
the controller to manual power control.
Manually settings are possible at any time.
Control input checkTo make sure accidently wrong programming
of the controller will not cause serve errors, it is possible to set a
maximum and a minimum temperature control-input.

SoftstartA soft start period for sensitive starting of cold heaters is programmable.
In this defined period power and temperature are limited.
Automatic self-tuningTurning on the power will start the automatic recognition of the control-setup
(automatic self tune at the controlled system).
Manuanlly starting of the optimising routine is possible, while control is operating.
(adjusting to control input).
High performance laod-switch-unitSeries production allows loads up to 3 x 16A/230V equals 11kW
Load and sensor connectionSeries production allows a 6 pole norm-standard plug-in connection.
This adapts to our standard-norm (see technical data).
But it is also possible to deliver connection-adapters which suits your production norm. |
