How to useThis handy device was developed especially for the plastic industry.
They are very usefull for controlling single nozzles - also with
reactive characteristic -, for additional heaters and last but not
least for other small applications.
The temperature controller NL 2006 is an oeconomic opportunity to control heater-systems up to 2,3 kW accuratly.
It ist also possible to set the power control for load currents up to
690 W, if the load current does not need a controlled-system
ConstructionReady to plug-in consolidated controller for single installation.
Cable with three pin plug.
Manual power control
It is still possible to switch to manual power control, even if a sensor is connected.
Function
ControlGood disturbance value control makes a stable temperature control possible.

Temperature display
LED-Display shows temperature in normal processing.
The top area shows the current temperature, the bottom area the set-value. By pressing a button it is possible to change the shown topics to show other parameters.
Options: manual power control in case of destructed sensor
manual power control for separate power load
Set value inputUsing the UP/DOWN Buttons the dispay automatically
switch to the control input display. Switch back can be done
automatically or manually.
Separate power load
With the controller type NL 2006 it is additionally
posssible to control a heater system. It can dimm a
heater (wattage up tp 690 W).
SoftstartThe control of the start process depends on the temperature.
Is the start temperature of the tool higher then 60 °C, the device
directly starts, because it will assume that the tool has already
warmed up.
In case off cold tools (<60°C) the power control will be set automatically to 50% for a time period of 4 minutes. This makes sure that cold heaters get a sensitive start and hot heaters donīt waist time with a soft start period.
Exceeding the temperature limit
Does the current temperature exceeds the control-input by
more then 10K a safty shutdown will cut off power supply to the
heater.
A red signal LED will will anounce the event.
Automatic detection of destructed sensorsDestructed sensors will be anounced by a corresponding sign on the display.
At the same time the controller will use the last control input for setting
the controller to manual power control.
Manually settings are possible at any time.
Sensor connection check
Sensor voltage reversal will be checked and will cause a shutdown of the security relais. |
